If anyone wants to try to meet up before or after the race, and is getting their race packet on Saturday then we can post race numbers on here as a way to try to find each other. I have found it very challenging to find people at a tri with that many people milling around. And Ryan, I might be keeping an eye out for your purple kayak because I am definetely apprehensive about my first open water race! |

The bike is what surprised me the most, the "rolling" hills are not a ride in the park. Since I'm the only one from my club racing, it should be easy to spot me. I'm picking up my race packet on Saturday, so I'll post my number on this thread after I get it. |

How about meeting up at the shower/sprinkler tent-thing at the start of the awards...last year it was right next to the kiddie pools full of soda. I will have a blue and black tri top on. You can also have the body markers put a "BT" on your left calf so we can spot each other before and during the race as well. Good luck, this is a fun race...it's the biggest in the state (by the # of participants) Make sure you arrive early...the walk from parking is a small hike. |
