I could hardly run 3 miles without stopping last year and so I began a quest to try to get in shape. I began to lengthen my runs and decided to run a 1/2 marathon this past May and finished it in 1:50. Motivated by the progress made in running I decided to try these sprint triathalons and I have been training for it since mid may. My first race is 7/11. I am pumped! Somewhat nervous but eager. I'll be reading all of the great advice and motivation on this site. thanks for this resource.
