Subject: The Complete Guide to Triathlon Swimming?

Has anyone purchased and read this guide that was written by Kevin Koskella?  How does it compare to Total Immersion?  Is it worth it to purchase and read "The Complete Guide to Triathlon Swimming" if you have already read TI and viewed the TI dvd?  I just don't want to waste $$ and time if it is a guide of similar topics and drills.

Thanks for any opinions and/or reviews.

Yes I bought the TI dvd and book two years ago.
WOrked very hard on drills and then got with a masters olympic coach and was taught
to not exaggerate the rolling and other TI techniques....

I have modified a little...Still, I need much more work on swimming and was considering buying the same book..

Buy it.
