WTT / WTB bar end shifters / front and rear derailleurs

I'm working on a commuter bike build and I need some parts, looking for 10 speed bar end shifters, front (clamp style) 105 derailleur and 10 speed rear 105 derailleur.

I have a few items i could trade. Felt Bull bars take off of a 2012 B16, Craftsman torque wrench and probably some other odds and ends. I also make rear view helmet mirrors out of bike spokes and beer caps, I'd be willing to trade those as well.
