Subject: New here, hi hi!

Started triathlon since I got running injuries several years ago.

Now I am pretty hooked!

After several sprint distance tri, I am now training for my first HIM.

Hi Lynn, welcome to BT.  I saw your post last night and wanted to respond but I had just come in from doing my 1st Duathlon (5K run/32K ride/ 5K run).  I was dead last (except for a woman I pulled across the finish with me).  That last 5K run was the toughest I've ever done.

Sorry to talk about myself.  Now about you, this site is great for inspiration and information plus it is nice to be able to interact with likeminded people.  I really like reading peoples race reports here plus I enjoy volunteering at triathlons to learn how things work and meeting people.
