Subject: Bar Tape

This is probably a really easy question, but I wanna make sure I do this right. I have a pair of Profile Design Airstryke aero bars that I want to put grip tape on since I dont really wear gloves. I bought some profile designe grip tape (non-adhesive) and in the package was 2 rolls of grip tape, 2 small strips (about 6" of grip tape and 2 pieces of tape (think electical tape with PD logo, about 6". Do start wrapping it, tape off one side, finish the wrapping and tape off the other side? Is there a "special" technique to it to make better?

Edit:  What are the two small pieces of grip tape for?

Two small pieces are for under the brake hoods.

I had the same question when I first did it. I just printed this out and followed the instructions:
