Subject: RE: Warm-Up Routines Well done on completing your first race, and as I have a few 'Canadian Guy' friends I know what you mean! I'm interested in hearing the responses as have the same question after completing my 2nd race yesterday. I just jogged about 5 mins to 'warm' myself up but I particularly need to get the swim warm-up sorted as I only really relax about 200m into it, and thats a little late when I'm only swimming 400m! Whats the best recommendations? |
