Subject: RE: New to everything Find a race, register, and start training...I registered for a race at the beginning of June that was taking place at the beginning of July...at the time, I couldn't even jog a mile...nothing is more motivating then to know that there is a race coming up and if you don't train, the race will kick your butt!!
Triathlons are the BEST for weight management/weight loss...I've only been trianing for 2 months, but this is the first time that I dont want to miss workouts...cause I really want to get better...I was never motivated to workout before this, ever...good luck with everything...
