Subject: Cardio Base Training plan Anyone have a plan to help me build a good cardio base?
Currently I can run 3mi if I had to but it would be tough. I do own a HR monitor and will start using it again.
I am just looking for a program that will boost my cardio base so I can run longer. I am unsure as to how long a program like this should before.
I also want to do some cycling along with the running as well.
Any suggestions? |
