Subject: TrainerRoad FTP test question
I recently finished the Intermediate Base 1 training plan and I am planning on doing another FTP test. The problem is that I went on vacation after finishing and have not been on my bike for 10 days. My question is, should I do the test now or should I ride a few times and then do the test? I feel like I need to get my legs used to the work again to really get a good test.
Thanks for the advice!

Personally I'd do a couple of rides first. After a week off the first ride usually feels a little sluggish for me.

I second spinning a few times first. At least just some over cadence/under cadence stuff to wake your legs up. Even after two days off my legs feel sluggish for the first twenty minutes or so of a workout.

Thanks guys! That's what I found out also, did just 30 minutes tonight and felt pretty sluggish, I guess almost 2 weeks of Beer and wine over vacation did me in! But damn I had some great ones of both
