I'm Racing in a WORLD CUP

It may only be a Try a Tri but it is still cool....

I was at the prerace meeting with Simon Whitfield and a bunch of the Canadian OLYMPIC team, yea baby. I am stoked.

We all got a talk by Lance Watson Olympic coach. about visualization of the race.

I am prepared to race as hard as I can with my bad Knee.

Tomorrow morning the race is mine.... LOL
