Subject: I took 4 minutes off my time!!!

Just got back from my tri...took 4 minutes off my time from the last time I did it!!   

 Biggest change was in the swim, where I took off 1:18.  Can't believe that my best leg was the RUN!!!  My least favourite activity!

I am totally excited now.  Thanks to everyone for all the support and fun. Going to post race report, and then shower!
