1) Which video is the toughest?

2) Which video has you out of the seat the most?

What hurts the most: a shovel to the back of the head, or a ball ping hammer to your knee cap?

They are all hard. What is your weakness? Different videos hurt in different ways. Depends on what your weakness is. Many will say revolver is the worst. For me, He'll hath no Fury is worse. The Hunted, HHNF, ISLAGIATT, all have out of the saddle segments.

That clears things up. Thanks

All depends on the effort you put into it.
I second the opinion that Revolver is the worst (oddly enough the shortest too). A Very Dark Place is pretty uncomfortable as well.

I'll throw in a vote for ISLAGIATT. It's two hours and if your syncing the video and trainerroad, its really cool. It makes long rides indoors a lot more manageable. I'll usually throw a one hour workout either before or after, but it has to be an easier workout, cause ISLAGIATT takes a lot out of me.
