Subject: Manual entry for power in training log

This evening I did a TT on a stationary bike - it's been ~1 year since my last.  My gym now has stationary bikes with digital output which displays averages for HR, Watts, Time, Speed and the other items.  It also loads all the data into an xls file with all the warm up, TT  and cool down data.

My question - is there a discussion in the forum on inputting the TT data into my training profile - or is the data simply enough to go from?  Some of the inputs in the power field were not intuitive to me in relation to the data I have ... "Y", Score, Factor - I'm not sure what these are.  So if someone can detail this for me, I'd appreciate.

If the data output is sufficient to move forward with -then that's fine too.  I assume, the avg Watts is equal to TP and I can base training levels off this in lieu of HR zones, etc.
