Subject: New to triathlon training Hello, I'm Neven from Zagreb, Croatia.
I am a very professional amateur if I can say it like that.
I like sports and tried many of them but in a couple of years now I've been heavily involved in lifting weight and I've noticed my endurance and aerobic capabilites have slowly degraded. My plan is to get them back up, learn more about aerobic endurance as I can see now its the basis for most other sports, if not for every sport. I will follow Beginner 1/2 Ironman workout planned here from this site, and I hoping by registering to learn something more about those short words popping out in this plan.
I hope I can give you back via some advices in weightlifting, strength and power.
