Subject: Interesting "cures" for running pains My quad is tight. Not so much to hamper me, but I feel it all the time. Yes I'm rolling hammy and quad, got a massage, and am resting. But I'm freakibg out bc my sole 20 miler is this Sunday and I need to do it! I'm doing NYC in 31 days and Vegas two weeks later.
