Subject: Raleigh area massage
So I'm going to jump on board and get my first ever massage. A little reward to myself for my first tri and my first 56 mile ride....any recommendations on where to go or who to see would be fantastic. Preferably in the RDU/Cary area.

I only had one session of any kind of massage, so take this for what it's worth...

I recommend Athletic Edge (http://www.aesportsmassage.com/).

Lal Chand runs this out of Cary (off Maynard a couple of block away from Cary Town Center). He knows quite a bit about sports physiology and seems to understand sports massage quite well. He gave talks on stretching, injury prevention and recovery at North Carolina Bicycle Club meetings. I was very satisfied with the session I had.
