Ha! We started threads at the exact same MINUTE! GMTA ... Great Minds Train Alike ... wait ...

What's up, tri folks? Or single-sport folks, or I'm-doing-rehab or having-a-yoga-year folks?

Off/down day for me so I needed to take it easy. 30min run, 15min walk.

Good Morning

Too cold to run outside today -30 C and sidewalks are still crappy icy and snow packed so I will be heading over to the indoor track or on the Gym TM to get a bit of running in at lunch time.

Have a great day all

Morning all.!

Gentle jog around my local reservoir (8.8 miles). 18 mph winds held me back, but it was a lovely route with trails, road and plenty of short steep climbs!

Wet and muddy too..... ! Great stuff!

400 day this morning on the track at the local Middle School. BTW, I am not a fan of 400 day.

I love 400 day, it's 800 day that I'm not a huge fan of.

Hit the trail at lunch and ran down through the lagoon to state beach and then down to flat rock and back. (8 Mile Run)

Perfect weather has returned and the forecast for the race on Sunday looks even better :D

Legs are feeling great and fully recovered from Sunday's effort and more importantly, just over 1,200 miles of training. Regardless of how things net out on Sunday, this sure has been one very enjoyable training cycle.

Cheers everyone
