I use the SpeedFill A2/Z4 although mounted under the bars rather than right on top of them. Losing a bit of the aerodynamic advantage, but gaining a bit in position (allows me to get my arms lower and more parallel)

Well the day is finally here. I don't believe a single workout has gone by in these past 9 years where the idea of being at the start line of the Ironman Hawaii didn't creep into my head.
