Subject: The results of training So I was looking over my past 3 races to see what if any improvement I've made. Let me tell you that I am completely amazed. I don't feel any faster but I guess the numbers don't lie. Check this out... (scroll down, not sure why there's all this blank space in the text )

I'm really astounded by the improvement. The bike pace doesn't look good at all but I'll attribute that to a crash in the second event and the hills and headwind in the third event, whereas the other two courses were flat. But the swim and run pace improvement...wow.
I am especially happy to see my swim times drop. I mean, they are nowhere near where some of the other competitors are but they're getting better and that's all that counts.
All of this in just 6 months from a guy who could not run for more than 2 minutes on the treadmill before he started. The human body is an amazing thing.
