Good morning BT!

4:15am:  Got started with a run and then went 'nope!' Body wasn't responding so made it a short walk, some stretching, and then went back to sleep for 30 minutes!  I think I needed a rest day!

Have a great day!

Good morning.

I am glad I am not the only one that has mornings like that. Rest days are good!

I have a 50 minute bike after work today. Pool is closed on base until Friday, doesn't look like I will be swimming until then

Have a great day!

Glad to see you get some rest. Today is 2 hr intervals on the bike + 3 mile run for me... New cycling shoes really tore up my achilles area on Sunday's ride so we shall see how everything goes.

First day since the doctor's ok to return to training. 30 minute bike ride on Zwift island... mixed emotions. Glad to be back... not excited about how much work there is to get back to where I was.

Usually do back to back spin classes after work on Tuesdays in the winter time. Only way I can do 90+ minutes training indoors without boring myself to death.

Hope you healed well!

Me, had a 1 hr Yoga class, 1100 yrds in the pool. Headed out for probably around 25mi on bike with a couple of 8 min intervals in there. Finishing with a very easy 1 mile run. It will be a "casual" brick.

I ran about 6 miles around Georgia Tech.  The basic theme was to run past every building where I ever had a class or every dorm where I lived.  It was fun.  The campus is much prettier today than it was when I started 45 years ago.  There were flowering things, cherry trees, redbuds and a fair number of flower beds.  Who would have ever thought that when I started and there were only about 10,000 guys and 300 girls enrolled?

When I got back to the condo, I went online to the place where you can do an online verification of degrees and checked my status.  The good news is that my degrees have not been rescinded.  I guess I fooled somebody.

Here is my route.  It looks like fairly aimless.

Busy day - been at school all day - life as a volunteer

5:15 - 60 min power spin.

I usually get up at 4:10 and have to leave my house by 4:45 to get to class on time to set up. This morning I woke up at 4:41 - OMG! Luckily I had everything ready to go so I could brush my teeth and run out the door! Hate that! First time in over 3 years that I over slept for this class!

8:15 - 3 mile run
9am - 2900 yd in the pool

30 minute steady run for me today, which followed a maiden voyage on my new (well, used) miniFish sailboat. Great day!
