Subject: swim coaches?
Do any of you know of any good local swim coaches?

I'd really like to get this swimming thing down because I'd rather do the tri than the du at Buntzen, but I just have to get this swimming thing sorted out. I feel like I'm so close, but breathing is holding me back.

Wonder if they allow snorkels...heh.

if you can't find a coach but have the drive there is alot you can self teach once you get the knowledge. Check out the attached link/conversations

remember you are not alone in swimming struggles and many have gone before so the path is well trodden learn from them read the books, do the drills and you will get it to.
