Subject: longest trip thus far...
I just finished my very first 30-mile bike ride about an hour ago. It was a fairly easy ride since we (my dad and I) were averaging about 15 mph, maybe 17, but it was still nice to know that I can do it and not feel like death afterward. I'm beginning to think that the cycling is my favorite leg of a tri. Riding gives me the best feeling ever! Just thought I'd share.

Why do I tri? Because I get to wear cool clothes...

I did my first ever 20 mile ride on Saturday. Loads of fun right? I had some pretty tough hills.....and almost gave up.....but kept with it. Ice-cream at the end was well deserved! Now I'm picking out other destinations.

Good work Keriann and Dorian.

I also did my first 20-miler this weekend (actually 23miles total) Finished in exactly 90 min. which works out to a little over 15mph. Felt relatively good after finishing.
