40 miles fast and furious on the bike this morning. A great day to be out.

Good morning!  10 mile run, not so fast and furious, but fast for me!  It was a gorgeous grey morning, lots of clouds rolling in over the mountains.  Saw a herd of antelope and three wild mustangs.  Great morning.

That's amazing! My only company while I run out here at the ranch is a couple of snakes and jackrabbits. At some point I've got a 5 miler today. Have a great Sunday everyone

65 miles of hills and headwinds with just enough tailwind to get me home

10 mile run today with a new running group. It was fun and a little chilly this morning.

Did my first sprint triathlon today. I hit all of the goals that I set for myself and got 2nd place in my age group. The bike course was really hilly; I even saw a few people getting off their bikes and walking. In the pool, I was supposed to stay on the right side of the lane. Once when I tried to swim under the lane rope, I came up in the same lane. I also qualified for another race in November called Best of The Best.

Good for you! Hitting all your goals and coming in 2nd sounds like an awesome day's work to me!

Speed workout with mile repeats for me today in preparation for a half-marathon in December. Nice, misty gray autumn morning made it tolerable.

5 miles of interval running this evening. The morning and evenings sure are nice this time of year. My favorite time to run.

I'm curious about the 'don't increase your run by more than 10% per week' rule. Is there a minimum mileage under which this doesn't apply?

How should I go about training for the marathon while also building base in the other two events? Doing this seems like it's causing me to break the 10% rule in running.

Yes, the Dual is a little heavier than Cervèlo’s high end counterparts. But…the price is within reach of the masses and it still incorporates all of the design features that make a Cervèlo special.
