Subject: What is Core #1, etc.
I imported one of the Silver training plans. The Winter Maint one and in the strength training part it lists "Core #1" as part of the workout. I can't find this Core part anywhere. I'm new to the format of the site.

Nevermind, after messing around for about 30 minutes I finally found it all in that drop down menu.
