Subject: Nutrition Intake Hey all, I have a question on nutrition intake. I need some feedback on what you do.
I take endurance supplements during long training sessions. I plan on taking it during my upcoming half iron.
How do you guys carry, label, manage, and take in supplements? I want an easy way to do this without dropping anything, getting mixed up, or missing it all together. I also really don't want to carry a big bag that looks like a fanny pack.
