Subject: 10.7.16 Fabulous Friday!

Good morning BT!

4:45am:  Chilly 5 mile run this morning--42 degrees, pulled out the long sleeves and fleece vest!  Love this temp for running!

5:45am:  30 minutes upper body/core

Off to another CC meet today, hoping some of my boys will medal in the varsity race.  It's a huge meet so lots of competition.

JEALOUS. That's the ideal running temperature!

Off day for me. I think I'm going to get in 5 miles tomorrow, and maybe a ride on Sunday.

8 mile run at 4:00 AM. Mathew has brought some strong winds to SC. A little windy this morning in the run.

One hour of core work afterwards with some weight training.

Good luck on competition.
