Good morning BT!

4:30am:  1:15 on the trainer--main set was a cadence pyramid. Hard but manageable.  I watched Finding Traction on Netflix about ultra runner Nikki Kimball's bid to beat the men's record on Vermont's 273 mile Long Trail...wow what an adventure!

5:45am:  5X5 strength training

Today I'm heading 120 miles east to SLC...my nephew is flying in and thus begins the deluge of family coming to our house for the holidays.  We'll have company from today-27th...deeeeeeeep breath!!!

Have a stellar day!

Ha, your old pic is back. WTH?!

11:40 - 50' strength. On top of forgetting my watch, I forgot my workout drawers. So, my regular ones now are . . . less comfortable. First world problems.

Have a great day.

Hellllooooo!

5:15am - 60 min power spin
Christmas week I always play 80's music in my classes. I figure everyone is sick of Christmas music and other instructors use it as well, so I wanted to do something different. Always a good time!!

10am - 2400 yd swim . MAN i was slow!! End of December one of our local pools sets up for long course and it's a blast swimming those instead of playing the counting game. Amazing what a difference it makes but I swear there was a weird current pushing me back. I had the lane to myself most of the workout, so that was a bonus.

For me: 6:15-7:15am Spin class at spin studio. I did have to leave my house at 5:45am to ride there though.

6pm-7pm swimming with master's club

4:30 on vacation....Yikes! You can tell that I am not truly a morning person, just a lazy girl made desperate by job and climate....

11:30 AM--80 minute trainer ride with a bunch of big-gear intervals
25 minute brick run after--started out up the near-vertical hill behind our house. "Run" is probably not the right word to describe my ascent!

1hr biek trainer session, 1 legged drills and high cadence spins.

I also watched Finding Traction just about 1-2 nights ago, the pain that gal went through. But what a monumental effort, congrats go to her.

Hey all.

Skied classic for 2 hours this morning at 5 am. Near perfect conditions. Perfect grip and crisp air.

Strength trained after work for an hour. Shoulders did not want to play along. Tired and sore from ski.

Good day.
