3.8.17 Happy Hump Day!

Good Wednesday all!

70 minute treadmill run with some strides.

54 minute run here with some tempo stuff and stride drills. It was actually COOL this morning (I think 71 or 72--that's a cold front here).

Now Thursday AM and I need to try to get my swim in this AM with the kids club. Normally I swim after work but there is a meet this PM. This may well be the first time since high school, outside of an actual race, that I have attempted to swim at 6 AM. (I tend to avoid it--cold water in Oregon, need to take advantage of cool weather here for running, actually no early AM pool access until the past few months; my back always feels tight if I swim too early). At least water shouldn't be too cold here!
