Elite  4583   |  Subject: 7.16.17 Super SundayHey BT, quiet weekend! I had a great ride yesterday, forgot how hard that climb is, but I loved it. Easy 50 minute run today--easy but hot, around 100 degrees by the time I got out. Hope the weekend is going well! |

Master 8247    Eugene, Oregon Bronze member | Subject: RE: 7.16.17 Super Sunday Long run here--thankfully not too hot (maybe 70 or 72?). Kind of a slog--legs tired from yesterday's ride, there was a bunch of long tempo stuff, and I always seemed to be doing the pickups into a stiff headwind! |
