Subject: 7-24-2017 Marvelous Monday!!! Good morning BT! How are we doing today???
I did my first Brick workout in a few years on Saturday, and it went great!!! (12 mile bike / 5k run - race distances of next month's race ). I am greatly encouraged by how it went and how good I felt! I even had to hold back my run pace, which made me smile.
Yesterday was a casual ride with a couple of guys from church (one is a brand new cyclist ).
This morning was 4 x 300 in the pool (next month's race is a 300m swim ), feeling very solid on the swim.
