Good morning BT!

4:45am:  20 minute warm up walk

5:15am:  strength + plyos

Robert...hope you're feeling better today!  I hate being sick!

Karen, wow--70.3!  I really hope you can do the race--I think you're due a good one after everything this season! 

I get to make a quick trip to Elko this morning but two of my best teacher friends have to go too so it'll be more like a girls morning! 

Have a great day BT!  Is anyone racing this weekend?  I'm not but my cross country team is--first meet tomorrow!

Ugh....Would be happy with just making it there with Rover in tow, having a decent swim and bike, not crashing, and making it through the run without excruciating pain. I don't even know if that's realistic or not. This year has, quite frankly, sucked, at least from a triathlon perspective! (And, sadly, not just that.) Just makes me ill to think of all the time, effort, and $ I've put into it. I keep hoping things will get better, but running out of time--none of the treatments I've been doing really seem to work consistently-that includes not running. Know I should just pull out but can't bring myself to give up.

30 minute run this AM (on road). Easy pace; didn't feel too bad at the time but sore all day after. Finished up with 30 minutes of water-running intervals. Then 3300m of swimming tonight. Maybe I will develop gills?

Good morning! Easy stuff continues for me. I'm enjoying it, but also looking forward to getting after my weak points in the offseason.

5:45 - easy 15' run, followed by core work

Good morning BT! I'm back on my feet, at least, but am not doing anything crazy until tomorrow. This sickness was brutal. Oh well.
