Subject: 9.7.17 Thursday Training Good morning BT! 4:30am: :35 mins on the trainer with 3:00 interval repeats in Z3 5:15am: Strength routine. No time again for plyos...water line was fixed for about 20 minutes yesterday afternoon and then burst again--something to do with the angle of the pipes and the pressure. We think we have it figured out though so hopefully today we will be back in business. Until then, off to shower at my friend's house again. I'm actually heading to Reno today with my CC team--we run in North Tahoe tomorrow, can't wait to get back up to that area--plus my hotel room should have water, ha! Have a great day! |
