I'm running tomorrow. I'm on a three day weekend, so it'll be easy for me. That's a very cool concept, though, and I'm glad they changed it from running TO work.

Dang. Bad timing. Tomorrow's a swim day, and I've got a 5K Saturday morning.

I suppose I could jog for a mile or so. I'm supposed to be resting the legs, though.

We'll see...

I don't work... but tomorrow's a run/swim day anyway... so I'll be running.

I'm running TO work. I assume that counts.

Ah...just in time to experiment with my "no access to shower" lunchtime running.  Couldn't afford to rejoin the gym now that I have a mortgage payment.

If I just feel too yucky sitting at the reference desk after it'll be a first and last   and I'll just have to keep doing my runs after work.

Tomorrow will be a bike to work day for me. To participate in the National Event, I'll do a five mile run at lunch. Oh, and then, of course, I'll need to pedal home

I'm off work tomorrow, but my mother-in-law is coming to visit, so I'll be running to keep from going crazy. Does that count? I'll run about 2.5 miles tomorrow. Please pray for me. Mother-in-law in town.!!!!!

I'm kicking off the car free challenge week with a Poker "run" that's really a bus ride and bike ride. I'm taking my 3 yr old with me - just to make things more challenging. I'm pretty sure the bike trailer can fit on the bus.

Does it count if I run on the dreadmill at my workplace, but after hours?
