Is anyone comin' on down to Florida to compete in the 70.3 championships?
I will be volunteering (not escorting like Vgirl, gotta find out how to sign up for that! ).

I might go... I just came down with bronchitis and I won't be able to exercise for at least 5-7 days plus another 4 I already missed. If I can't be in top form for Nov 11 I'll skip the race altogether... (Bummer )

I ran my 1/2 mary. in March probably with bronchitis. It sucked ....... and so did my time. I've posted something 3 minutes faster in a training run .........

See how it goes my friend. Trust in the drugs and recovery time and see how you feel. It was hard to train coughing spasmotically every 10 minutes or so, especially in the pool! But it was cool to make some seriously big lung cookies to spit!
