hey you all thanks so much for all your inspires here!!

yesterday i did a 26 min run and it was GREAT!! i got 400 meters farther in the same time than just a week ago!! it finally starts to feel like running and not like moving slow motion dragging one foot infront of the other...

since i've been increasing my time (almost) every week for a while now i thought i'd take it slow for like a week or two... a 25 min run (which was a minute longer yesterday), 28 mins and 31... do you guys think that's a good idea or would it be better to keep increasing till i'm at let's say 35 or 40 mins and take it slow then?

Congrats on your accomplishment! You should be proud! And thanks for sharing your glee with us. It only makes sense to share it here since the majority of population wouldn't understand the scope of your feat. We're glad to be your cheering section!

And don't sweat the "hard days" since we all have them... from the beginner to the pro... we all have off days. But, since you now know that regardless of off days you can still accomplish your goals as long as you stay consistant and keep an eye on the prize. We've all had bad days. The best advice I can give is to examine what made those training sessions "bad" and try to avoid whatever circumstances brought about that outcome. Its how we learn. As you increase time and distance these lessons will become more and more important.

You're off to a GREAT start! Keep at it! We're all proud of you!
