Anyone working out at 24 Hr Fitness here?

I've restarted my Crossfit/kickbox/aerobic program I did last winter at 24 Hr Fitness.

Today I did a class called 24 Lift which was an hour long class with light weight/multiple rep style. Everything was done until failure....it hurt. I highly recommend it !
