I'm wondering if anyone here has viewed or followed the Swim Smooth (www.swimsmooth.com) DVD's or been coached by a Swim Smooth instructor.

What did you think?

How does it compare to Total Immersion (www.totalimmersion.com) or other programs?

In my considered opinion, the "Swim Smooth" website uses the word "whilst" far too often.

Sorry; I just don't have enough information about "swim smooth" to make a comparison.
