I'm very pleased becaused I eeked out a PR with not a lot of training. I think this bodes well for me. :)

It looks to me like that fast mile 4 and the slower miles 10/11 reflect the mostly downhill on the way out, and the mostly uphill on the way back on that section of the course.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing much -- I was trying to go out on the conservative side, and I did that. I'm sure that helped in the last few miles.

My official time is 1:43:27, but I started my watch when I crossed the line. Obviously, you shouldn't run with me, since I can't hold a steady pace to save my life: Mi 1: 8:17 2: 7:56 3: 8:03 4: 7:41 (I can't believe this one -- I'll have to look at the other BTers and see if there's are faster, too) 5: 8:05 6: 7:48 7: 7:43 8: 7:38 9: 7:29 (I was meeting at friend at mile 9, and I got kind of excited to see her.) 10: 7:49 11: 7:57 - yikes 12: 7:40 13.1: 9:07 - i really hate that hill at the end
