Subject: Last Tri Aug 22

Last Tri of the season for me is on Sunday....Brockville Sprint.  I have always done the duathlon in Brockville, so this will be exciting.  There is a current in the St. Lawrence River, so that should be a new experience.  At least I don't have to jump off a boat this time!
