Subject: Lake Geneva Tri Warmup - Sunday Sept 5th
There are a few of us doing the Lake Geneva Tri this year, and for those that haven't done it before ( like myself ) we are planning an OWS and/or a ride/drive of the bike course ( and run course? ) so that we can familiarize ourselves with it prior to race day.

It's been said to be hilly, so better to find out sooner than later.

Post to this thread if you're interested, and we'll tri to coordinate the times/activity!

I would love to be there but I injured my right knee and can't race. I still may attend the race though so I can see the course.

Alrighty. I'd like to tri an OWS in the morning. ( New wetsuit, plus want to feel the lake before the race! ).

Break for lunch/food after that.

Then we can meet up again for a ride around 1pm?

Both doable in a day. Be an easy swim, not too longish, I think. Probably ~1000m or so to get the feel.

Approx 1PM at the location indicated by Rookie.

Swim first, then head out for ride on the bike course is the current plan. And it looks like we'll have a SAG wagon for the ride!
