I'm happy!

I spent the fall and winter building up my run, and spending time on the trainer. Starting last week I switched my focus to the pool. I'm doing the 0-1650 program, to build distance in the water. Once that is done I will move the bike to the road, and it'll be all bike, all the time.

Weight this week: 177.4 lbs that is a loss -.2lbs (not great but it is still going the right direction)

Sport I am focusing on now: Well I would like to say the run and swim, becaseu I need to be more focus on them. 'Cause I'm so slow but I still find myself spending any extra time on the bike ('cause I love the bike) Well back to work

Sport I'm working on is running.. I have felt a lot better about it. It's a slow jog but it works for me and get's me from start to finish. I haven't been in the pool in months, so I'm hoping to do that soon... it's hard with swim lessons in the afternoon at the Y... and waking up earlier isn't going to happen especially with the time change on Sunday...

I need to improve my run the most at this point. I enjoy the bike the most and although my swim is not going to break any records, i can go for miles without stopping or feeling i need to stop and i get really bored in a pool so i am looking forward to OWS to get back - i need to improve my run REALLY badly.

I love to run so thats the one i tend to do the most of. I should be swimming more but lack the motivation to get in the pool and tend to head outside instead. Will prob start focusing on the swimming again in winter as the weather is lovely in NZ at the moment.

Currently working on running. running was never my favorite, but supposing i was ever being chased down by something really hungry... i figure running is the thing that will keep me from harm. :0) no actually, it was never my strong point but i'd like to get better at it. i may not be speedy gonzalas, but i can get from point a to point b a little faster now.
