    I am new to this whole TRI forum and would like to join the Monkey Madness team. The idea of training for a triathlon when I weigh over 200 pounds is very daunting, but I have taken encouragment from many of the comments here. I am not alone after all!

    Weight today: 214.8

    Goal Weight: 140

    first triathlon is the Akron's Women Only in September
