in my opinion you would be miles ahead to spend 200 more and get this:

the company is legit, there are many threads on the web verifying them.

That is nice, but I don't have it in the budget. Maybe I can scrounge up some more money. thanks for your reply and opinion. This is one of the biggest decisions we can make as a new triathlete. So I want to make sure that I am making a sound decision that I will not regret a year later. This is a major purchase for me and I will be stuck with what I get for quite a while..

The RWT bike has some pretty solid components on it.  It would be a pretty good all around bike.  It's got drop bars and aero bars so you could ride pretty much anything with it.  The Nemesis would be bit more aggressive and aero, but I don't think "miles" ahead like the above poster said.

I thought the RWT would better suit me from a beginner standpoint. I am not ready to spend all my time in Aero position. I liked this price for the components and it seems to be a great price.

I tend to agree here. For a beginning athlete, I always like to recommend more towards road bike geometry than tri bike geometry, and that extra 200 bucks could be spent on shoes, a helmet, a pump and some basic tools.

A friend has a Motobecane similar but a few years older.

Great components, with a so so frame. Every manufacturer saves money by inserting lesser quality somewhere. Motobecane seems to save money on the frame.

I would rather have an good frame, with 105 components than Dura Ace components on a mediocre frame. If this is a bike that you want for a long time, I'd shoot for a better frame and lesser components.

Less than $800. I missed that. May be worth considering at that price if you are looking for a bike to get you through a couple of years while you decide whether you like the sport or not.

Hey thanks for the heads up HotRod, I think I am going to order one of these. I am just starting out as well. I am on a hard-tail MTB right now doing an average of 18-20 mph. So with this Silverserver, I WILL DOMINATE ALL OF THOSE WHO GOT OUT OF THE WATER WAY A HEAD OF ME! Or at least catch up to some of them!
