Yesterday was 20 weeks until Ironman Canada.  I guess its time to start formalizing my training plan a bit more. 

Who else is doing Penticton?

Just signed up forthe  Lake Stevens 70.3 for July 8th.   Training is coming along slowly.   Same as my weight coming off.  Slowly.

Has anyone heard if its going to be a mass start or waves.   Isn't the signup of athletes over 3000?

Last I heard, I can't recall where- but somewhere I seem to recall being reliable, was that the numbers only wound up being around 2400 and that they were still having a mass start....
