Swim
Comments: Good swim I thought. I expected to be much further back in the pack than I actually was. Nice suprise. What would you do differently?: Start on the end. There was a lot to thrashing, contact and chaos. I wondered why I could so easly find a spot right there in the middle of the line along the shore. Transition 1
Comments: Besides the wetsuit zipper getting stuck issue, everthing was okay. What would you do differently?: Pull the zipper straight up instead of up at an angle when putting on my wetsuit. Bike
Comments: Need to get faster What would you do differently?: Go harder Transition 2
Run
Comments: Didn't run hard enough What would you do differently?: Run harder Post race

Only had time for a quick swim. Running late and trying to figure everything out really ate into what little pre-race time I had. By the time I got marked and my transition area setup the announcer was telling everyone to make their way to the beach. I had to throw the wetsuit on and hurry down there, hence the stuck zipper in T1
