......Depending on which country you're in!

Rest week for me this week so just an upper body workout this morning after a long dog walk to get warmed up. Still getting used to weight training again (and using a Total Gym for the first time!) but felt good afterwards. Now the fat's gone I might as well start to build some muscle to see instead!

Looking forward to getting back to my usual volume next week.

Today I ran on the treadmill. This is the first time I have run in a looooooong time, and have never tried being this heavy. So...

43 minutes on treadmill
3/2 minute walk/run combo
2.3 miles total

If my husband wants company in the basement later I may do some light weights.
