Quick Question about Gear Bags at Transition Areas

Expert  1226    Chicago |  Subject: Quick Question about Gear Bags at Transition AreasSo my husband is competing in the Galena Sprint this weekend. The bike is a point to point course, but he was only given 1 gear bag (as was everyone else) Being first timers...we're a bit panicked....and clueless... How does this work? He'll be swimming in a wet suit and need to change shoes for both the bike and the run... Are we off our rocker? We should have 2 bags...right? There's no way they'd transfer the bags mid-race...or would they? Also, nothing was given to label the bags with his race number...and we can't find any information in the participant guide. We'd love your two cents!! Thanks  |

I found a post on the IL board with someone else having the same issue. :/ I guess we'll figure it out tomorrow night at check in! |
