Subject: Memorial Day Weekend @ Elkhart Lake
There are a few Bt's / Turbo Donkeys training this weekend in the Elkhart area. There will be a long bike Fri morning (5:30) and lots of OWS and rides and of course runs for the rest of the weekend. We are going to try to set up a few times so we can get as many as possible. If you are interested let me know

sounds great !! but husband goes on his annual fishing trip this weekend so I'm probably only going to get a trailer bike ride in with the kiddo (if he can sit still for 1/2 hour I may get a few miles in).

H2O may be a bit chilly eh????

Alas, I HAVE to paint this weekend...I'm pretty much going to be chained to my house all weekend long...WAAAAAA!! (don't you feel sorry for me?)

well for those who do not have to paint or are feeling sorry for those who do -

Sandi feels that -

Friday
- 4:30ish PM OWS
*In fact, everyday in the water would be a very good thing. Friday night, run course.

Saturday do full OLY bike sans Road America if can't get in with a short 2 mile brick run.

Sunday Bike ride hill repeats the Oly run course.

Monday swim and bike.


My weekend plans include
FRI- 5:30 AM Long Ride, meeting up with mutri at 6 am - goal of 80 + miles/ 5 hours
- possible OWS that evening (got other plans)
SAT- early AM - swim - hopefully a long one ( about an hour), later ride the ELT course
SUN -AM - EL Oly course 2x
MON - Swim - Bike - Run make up distances then

Here is what i have planned....

Long ride to EL on Thursday.
Friday is scheduled rest, although another ride could work
Long Run (for me) on Saturday a.m. early 5:15.
Swim and Bike brick on either Crystal or Elkhart Lake on Sunday, anytime
Monday - was thinking either OWS/run, but running around Crystal really sucks.

I am willing to modify the schedule in accordance to other athletes wanting to get together.

You could also drive over to Minneapolis and join us on Monday - we are getting together for a mock tri. Check out the MN forum.
