As sad as this may sound; we probably need a list of riders who are NOT going to be partipating in the Tour due to this year's doping scandal(s). Overlooking the more obvious:

Ivan Basso: Currently Serving a 2 Year Suspension and Released from Team Discovery, June 15th.

Serhiy Honchar: Fired by T-Mobile for failing a Drug Test at the Tour de Normandie on May 11th.

More to Follow...

Since all cyclists are being asked to sign an "Anti-Doping Declaration" and that they agree to pay a fine of 1 year's salary for violating the agreement, the list is likely to grow quickly.

Interesting that the declaration also includes a clause that grants permission for Spanish Authorities to use their DNA as part of the Op. Puerto Investigation.

Another name to add to the list of shame:

Matthias Kessler: Suspended by Team Astana for failing a suprise test earlier this year.

Let's hope that Astana does not lose too many more riders or Vino will once again be without a team

I thought this was interesting as it was a positive test for testosterone... same a Flanids....

Yeah, it is now offical.

Team Milram released a statement that said that we was out of the Tour this year.
